This Web-based tool—unique in the industry—uses the customer's system service tag number to access Dell's direct customer data base to determine if their configuration is ready for upgrading to Windows 2000, including new drivers and BIOS changes. From the Web site, customers can download the drivers needed for Windows 2000 installation.
